We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 60 days before considering a return, so you and your little one have enough time to properly try them in your routine.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 60 days and within our 60-day money back guarantee, please contact us at support@kidlumo.com.

 

Have you changed your mind?

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as your order may have already entered the processing phase. If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident that Kidlumo products can help make potty training feel easier and more manageable. That is why we encourage you to try your product for a minimum of 60 days before deciding whether it is right for your family.

If you are still unhappy with your purchase after 60 days, you may request a return within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

To help us process your request faster, please include your order number, or the name and email address used to place the order.

 

Received a Damaged Item?

We take care when packaging our products to help prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or if the product itself arrives physically broken.

Please note that damaged packaging, such as a dented or marked box, is not considered product damage if the item inside is still in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@kidlumo.com. Please include a clear photo of the damage so our team can review the issue.

If your item qualifies, we may provide a replacement at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

 

Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, Kidlumo cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control. This includes delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, incorrect shipping details, or other issues that may occur during transit.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most up-to-date information. Kidlumo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the courier’s possession.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you enter an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or resend.
