Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it has been placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen delivery address. During peak periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.
Our standard shipping timeframe is:

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit times or tracking updates. If your order is affected by customs or carrier delays, this may extend the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes And Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, our customer support team may email you within 3 business days to confirm your shipping details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@kidlumo.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but we cannot guarantee changes after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At Kidlumo, we know you’re excited to receive your order and get potty training moving in the right direction. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
However, delivery delays can sometimes occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, severe weather, customs delays, transportation issues, address verification problems, product availability, or payment processing delays.
If we become aware of an issue that may delay your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that Kidlumo is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors outside of our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. That said, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and assist where we can.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery process is managed by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact us at support@kidlumo.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most shipping carriers have their own claims process for lost or stolen packages. They may require additional information from you to complete the investigation.
Please note that Kidlumo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these situations fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be located or delivered.
If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a police report.
